Introduction

Women Security Pressure Group was established in the year 1991 by a group of women right activists working in the field of women right and development in order o put pressure as well as to promote he rights of Nepali women. It is a non-political organizations related to women's rights. From the day of it's establishment this organization has been working against all sorts of discrimination, exploiation and injusice to women. Women exploiation and injustice to women. Women Security Pressure Group has also worked strongly to change he discriminatory laws related to women. Apart from this Women Security Pressure Group has also been pressurizing the concerned authority to punish those who have indulge in violence and injustice towards women. It has been providing loud and stout voice for the equal participation of women in different policy making level.

The basic goal of Women Security Pressure Group is to fight agains all kind of oppression, discrimination and exploitation against women and create a equal and just society free from exploiation.

To create public awareness and pressure against exploiation, oppression and violence against women.

To organize different organization and develop strong solidatary among women working for women's right to work together agains socila violence, discriminain injustice and exploiation towards women.

To pressurize the government formulating policies to promote the right of women, children, aged, disabled and bring them in the main stream of nation by providing special facilities in education, health, employment sector.

To emphasize on the implement of the UN and other international conventions related to women rights.

To conduct various awareness activities and put pressure not to use women as a sex object through different media.

To organize rally, demonstration, picketing against injustice violence, girl trafficking and sexual exploitation related women.

To conduct research for the establishment of documentation center and build up network based on national, district, regional and international level with issues related to women.

To lobby, advocacy and campaign on women rights and security.
